Raj Patel is the Chief Operating Officer at Andromeda Capital Management, responsible for non-investment functions within the firm.

Prior to joining Andromeda, he was a Consultant COO advising new managers and established managers on the setup of Manco and fund structures across various jurisdictions, covering Operations, Risk, Regulatory and governance infrastructure.
Previously he was COO at CF Partners from 2015-2021, a hedge fund platform that deployed equity and credit long/short strategies, primarily focused on European utilities, infrastructure and global energy expressed through commingled funds and separately managed accounts.

From 2010-2014 Raj was the COO at J. Safra Sarasin Asset Management overseeing various hedge fund strategies on the platform from equity long/short to macro.
Raj started his career with Caxton Associates in the US, and through the course of his career has gained in-depth knowledge of all non-investment functions required within a hedge fund.

Raj holds a BSC in Finance from Rutgers University, New Jersey.
