Hopewell has over 15 years’ experience working in Business Development, Investor Relations, and managing the non-investment side of hedge fund firms.

Her previous roles include President of Commonwealth Asset Management (2022), a firm that manages macro, real estate and crypto strategies., CEO and Head of Business Development at Glen Point Capital (2015-2021), a hedge fund firm that managed emerging market funds across Macro, Fixed Income and Relative Value strategies and CEO and Head of Business Development at COMAC Capital LLP (2007-2015) a Global Macro hedge fund manager.

She received an MBA from Oxford’s Saïd Business School (2005), an MA in Art History from the Sotheby’s Institute (2001) and a BA from Vanderbilt University (2000). She was recognised by the Hedge Fund Journal as one of the “50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds” in 2018.
