Nimika Karadia is the COO and CFO of Andromeda. Until August 2022, Nimika was the COO and CFO of Numen Capital LLP, which she joined in November 2010. During her time at Numen, she managed all aspects of the operational processes and procedures and the development of the non-investment aspects of the business. At Numen, Nimika also held the firm’s Compliance Officer and MLRO functions, as well as Chief Risk Officer and member of the valuation committee, for certain funds managed by Numen. Prior to this, Nimika worked at Insparo Asset Management Ltd and R3 Capital Partners, which was launched out of Lehman Brothers in May 2008. Nimika began her career with Lehman Brothers in 2005.

Nimika holds a BSc (Hons) in Politics with Economics from the University of Bath.
