Tom has 20 years capital markets experience. He served as Head of Operations & Treasury at East Lodge Capital Partners LLP (2013-2021) and Derivatives Operations Manager at European Credit Management Ltd (2006-2010).

Prior to this he worked as a Trading Assistant on the structured credit trading desks at Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank and started his career in the Credit Markets Middle Office at JPMorgan Chase.

Tom graduated from University of Portsmouth with a BA (Hons) in Financial Services.
