Andrea is the Head of Business Development at Andromeda Capital Management overseeing fund structuring, fundraising and investor relationships.

Prior to Andromeda  Andrea was the head of Structuring and Business Development at Acer Tree Investment Management (2023-2025), co-founder of Birch Lane Capital, a $350 million long / short credit hedge fund, (2019-2022) and previously, he was at Barclays Capital (2009-2016), where he served as a trader and member of the Investment Committee at Barclays’ EMEA Special Situations and Distressed Division, Head of Credit Sales for Southern Europe, Switzerland and Austria and part of senior management in the EMEA Commodities Division.

Before that, Andrea was at Goldman Sachs in the Hedge Funds Group (2000-09) and at at JP Morgan (1999-2000).
Andrea began his career as a proprietary trader at Deutsche Bank in 1996. Andrea holds a BBA degree from the European University in Paris, France
